So Clif (J2 bodyguard) is on Twitter, Facebook and apparently also has a secret LJ account.  Seriously, he has to have an LJ to mention half the crap he mentions.  He started out as amusing, but...I dunno.  Lately it's getting kinda weird and creepy.  And now there's that vid where J2 look like they're being forced at gunpoint to say what they say.  As if they haven't said it often enough at conventions or whatever.

And honestly?  I call bullshit.  There is no way those boys do not at least have a Twitter.  They just ain't gonna have it public and add the fans that torment them so much. 

I swear, I can never decide if I love or hate this fandom.

On the one hand, you have the awesomeness of the minions/fans donating over $15,000 already to the UNICEF fund Misha set up for the Haiti earthquakes.  Awesome and amazing.

And on the other hand you'v got the morons attacking Danneel Harris on Twitter...first they beg her to post a picture of Jensen....then she does...and then they attack her saying that she shouldn't have posted more pictures of him on the internet.  Although I think she's learning that the crazies are never satisfied and will find any way to argue with her and/or trash talk her.  I think she's sweet for even taking the time to reply to some people on there.

For a long time, my dream car was always a Volkswagen New Beetle.  They're just so damn cute and tiny.  But then I watched XMen 2 and saw the Mazda RX8 and holy crap I fell in love.  It's just a gorgeous, sleek car...looks sporty, but practical too.  So yeah, if I ever won enough, I might splurge and get myself one.  But I'd also keep my current car, coz it's perfect.

...but the latest rumor is that yes, Jared and Gen are engaged and the wedding is in February in Idaho.  I've also seen a more specific post with the supposed date and place.

Oh, I hope to god that it's true and the wedding is beautiful and they have lots of gorgeous little babies.  I know there's still Gen haters out there and I love that she'd gonna be able to go "HA!" at them.  Damn, I wanna be a fly on the wall for that wedding...I'd cry like a freakin baby.

James Marsters at Supanova next year. Oh. My. God. I've loved him since Buffy, think he's brilliant. So tempted to go....

I've never been a fan of smoking...I think it's gross and an expensive habit. I'll never take it up. However, living with two smokers (my parents) and most of my family smoking, I've learnt to put up with it. I'm not one of those people who will exaggeratedly cough and carry on if someone smokes near me. I can breath it in....hell, i'm probably gonna get cancer from secondhand smoke or something. Oh well...somethin's gonna get me in the end.

As for the rights....well, I agree that places should have smoke free rooms or zones, but seriously...these hospitals that have a yellow painted line on the pavement and you can smoke on one side but not the other? The amount of time I have seen the smoke drifting over the line anyway...not to mention the amount of seriously ill patients that have to treck half a block to have a smoke when they used to be able to smoke on the balcony. I figure so long as it's in open air, it's fair game. You don't like it, don't stand near them. Enclosed rooms however...there need to be designated smoke only rooms. Or send them outside.

Our decorations went up yesterday. Traditionally they go up either the last weekend of November or the first weekend of December, whichever is easiest. Then we take them down the first weekend of January.

Step One

1 - Anything Supernatural related. I've been trying to purchase the Calendar for a while now, but never seem to have the cash (which naturally means the exchange rate is brilliant right now. Stupid economy laughing at my pain. Ahem).

2 - Letters, emails, cards....handmade or store bought. I don't get a lot of mail, so that would be fun.

3 - $5000 so I can study my dream course. The makeup kit for it alone costs $2400...hopefully I can figure out some sort of payment plan for that, coz I really wanna do it.

4 - J2 at the next Aussie con. Sure, you need half a million dollars for that, but everyone has that layin around, right? ;) Seriously though...they said at ChiCon they wanna come back...I'm wondering if nobody is fighting hard enough for it these days.

5 - Vouchers are great. Bookstores or clothing stores/department stores (plus sizes, I'm a big girl).

6 - Plane tickets. I'd love to travel to Brisbane...enjoy the sun and I've got some friends up that way I'd love to meet up with. Or New Zealand would be nice.

7 - PS3. I've wanted one for ages, and now they have the slimline ones with the bigger hard drives...I've always loved Playstation the best out of the gaming consoles. Oh, while were on this topic, I've always wanted the old Playstation games like Spyro and Crash Bandicoot, but I cannot find them anywhere. They were my faves...hell, all the old basic games were.

8 - A photo album and/or scrapbooking materials. I plan to do something nice with photos of my nephew (once he's finally born).

9 - Books. I love Stephen King at the moment...his stuff always fascinates and interests me. Also, any sort of book on cryptozoology (especially if there's pictures. Some of that stuff is so freaky).

10 - Anything at all. Anything people feel I deserve. Whether it's homemade, store bought, second hand, cheap, expensive, whatever.
